Clean Fleet Report
Clean Fleet Report details the transition to electric cars and other new transportation technologies. Reports detail new cars including hybrids, plug-in hybrids, pure electric cars, clean diesels and alternative fuel vehicles. Also covered is sustainable transportation including public transit, high-speed rail, car sharing, ride sharing and smart growth. Beyond gasoline and diesel, low carbon fuels are reported including electricity, hydrogen, natural gas, biomethane, and advanced biofuels. Covered are passenger cars, public transportation, and fleets demonstrating leadership in clean transportation in the United States.
John Addison
John Addison is the founder and a senior writer for the Clean Fleet Report. He is the author of Save Gas, Save the Planet and many articles at Clean Fleet Report. John is a member of the Western Automotive Journalists and the Society of Environmental Journalists. He has taught courses at U.C. Davis and U.C. Santa Cruz Extension. John Addison has delivered over 1,000 speeches, workshops, and moderated conference panels in over 20 countries.
Michael Coates

Michael Coates is the Managing Editor of the Clean Fleet Report. He is a long-time journalist who has contributed to a variety of news magazines, newspapers, enthusiast magazines and websites during the past four decades. He has lectured in journalism at the University of Southern California, Cal State Northridge and Cal State East Bay. Michael is a past president and current board member of Western Automotive Journalists (WAJ) and a member of the Motor Press Guild.
